4. How we share information
We share information only as needed to operate our services:
- Healthcare providers and pharmacies (such as our prescribing clinicians and our compounding pharmacy partners) so we can deliver care and ship medication.
- Service providers (such as our payment processor, electronic health-record system, and CRM) under contracts that limit their use of your information to providing services to us.
- As required by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. HIPAA notice
Health information you submit during care is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, available on request at hello@tryjunehealth.com.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and (where you have consented to marketing) personalize advertising. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function without them.
7. Data security practices
We take the security of your personal and health information seriously and maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it.
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS).
- Encryption at rest: Personal and health information stored in our systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 or equivalent encryption.
- Access controls: Access to personal and health information is restricted to authorized personnel and contracted clinicians on a need-to-know basis, and is protected by unique credentials and multi-factor authentication.
- Vetted service providers: We work only with HIPAA-aligned service providers (electronic health record, payment processing, SMS messaging, CRM, hosting) under written agreements that require them to safeguard your information.
- Monitoring and audit: We log and monitor access to systems containing personal and health information and conduct periodic reviews of our security controls.
- Breach notification: In the event of a security incident affecting your personal or health information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.
No method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@tryjunehealth.com.
