Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at tryjunehealth.com and the patient-onboarding subdomain at start.tryjunehealth.com (together, the "Site") and any services we provide ("Services"). The Site and Services are operated by June Health LLC ("June Health," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a U.S. state in which we are licensed to provide care. Use of the Services is void where prohibited.
2. Medical disclaimer
The Site provides information about our weight-management services, including treatment with compounded GLP-1 medications when clinically appropriate. The information on the Site is not medical advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified healthcare professional. A clinician-patient relationship is established only after you complete intake, are accepted as a patient by one of our licensed clinicians, and a clinician issues a treatment plan.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
3. Eligibility quiz
The eligibility quiz on the Site is a screening tool only. Eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician on review of your full intake, not by the quiz itself. Submission of the quiz does not guarantee that we will accept you as a patient or prescribe any medication.
4. Compounded medications
Compounded medications, including compounded GLP-1 formulations where applicable, are custom-prepared by a registered compounding or outsourcing facility using FDA-approved active ingredients and are not themselves FDA-approved or reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. You should not use compounded GLP-1 medications if you have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant. Side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, abdominal pain, and in rare cases pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, or thyroid C-cell tumors. Individual results vary.
5. Trademark disclaimer
Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro, and other brand names that may be referenced are registered trademarks of their respective owners. June Health is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies, and does not sell or distribute branded medications. June Health connects patients with licensed providers who may prescribe compounded medications where clinically appropriate.

If you opt in to receive text messages from June Health, the following terms apply:
- Transactional messages include appointment confirmations, reminders, prescription and shipping updates, follow-up messages, and account notifications.

- Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your mobile information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing.
7. Payments and refunds
Service prices, including the first-month price and the recurring monthly price after the first month, are shown at checkout. By completing checkout you authorize us, or our payment processor, to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel future charges at any time by emailing hello@tryjunehealth.com or, where available, by using the cancellation link in your account. Compounded medications, once shipped, cannot be returned for safety reasons.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading health information.
- Resell or redistribute medications prescribed to you.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
9. Intellectual property
The Site, including its design, text, logos, and software, is owned by June Health LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may use the Site only for the purposes of evaluating and using the Services.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will June Health, its officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
This section does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for medical malpractice, gross negligence, or intentional misconduct.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
